Volunteers Are Always Needed!!!
Seasonal Farm Hours:
Monday-Saturday 9:00AM – 4:00PM*
Sunday By Appointment Only
*Seasonal hours are subject to change
***Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, gloves are a must. Please make sure to bring a pair of gloves if you plan to volunteer.***
What can volunteers do?
Depending on the season, we have a variety of farm work including planting, weeding, harvesting, working in the greenhouse, property maintenance and more.
What should I wear?
We recommend you wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. On colder days we suggest you dress in layers, as the open fields always feel much colder than it does at home. Also, closed toed shoes are a MUST for safety purposes (old sneakers or work boots work well!) Don’t forget sunscreen and a hat on sunny days.
Do I need to contact someone in advance to volunteer or do I just show up?
We encourage groups to contact our volunteer coordinator prior to coming down to volunteer. Individuals are welcome to come during seasonal farm hours.
Should I bring anything?
Yes. Please bring your own gardening gloves, sunscreen and food/drink. Also, you must complete and sign the yearly waiver form below.
